Will Robots Infiltrate Food Industry?
Posted by admin

From Nicki Escudero, Phoenix New Times: "It'd be a great way to cut labor costs, that's for sure. This link contains several videos of robots developed in Asia that may help out in the kitchen, including this one:

The robots serve up several dishes and cut cucumbers way faster than we ever could. But we're wondering, with the possibility of robot servers, doesn't that take away from the human experience you get from eating out? Sure, prepping lemons in the back is one thing, but do you really want a machine to cart out your drink, too?
All we know is that faux human hand is probably the creepiest thing we've ever seen."
