The 26th Annual Pensacola Crawfish Festival
April 30, May 1 & 2, 2010

The Pensacola Crawfish Festival celebrates the Cajun influence in our community, and the 2010 event will be held April 30 - May 2 on the waterfront in Bartram Park in downtown Pensacola. This event is one of the largest crawfish boils in the state! Come on down and start the 61st Fiesta season Cajun style and bring the whole family. We will be Cajun style partying in Bartram Park rain or shine!! Come listen to the entertainment and enjoy great food under a big tent!

Don't leave your appetite at home because the Pensacola Crawfish Festival brings a little of the Louisiana bayou to Pensacola Bay. You'll find a wide range of Cajun fare such as crawfish poboys, crawfish pies, and of course, boiled crawfish, as well as traditional hot dogs, hamburgers and other local favorites.

Throughout the three-day festival you'll enjoy some great music straight from the bayous of Louisiana on the Stoli Entertainment Stage. Come enjoy Swamp Pop, Cajun and Zydeco toe tappin' entertainment that is sure to get you off your feet.

The Stoli Entertainment Stage will be the site of the 5th annual Cat Country 98.7 Crawfish Eating Contest. Contestants may participate in the kids, adults, and CrawDADDY divisions. The entry fee is $5 for adults and $10 for the CrawDADDY contest. The kids contest is free. Kids and Adult contests consist of who can eat 12 crawfish in the fastest time. The CrawDADDY contest consists of who can eat the most crawfish in 98 seconds. Each contestant must get all of the meat out and suck the head for it to be considered completed. Contestants compete for prizes from Cat Country 98.7. It is harder than it looks to eat your way to victory.
