FEATURED AT THE GRAPES MAY COME-AS-YOU-ARE WINE DINNER
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Dallas, TX --- Chef/Owner Brian C. Luscher of The Grape hosts this month’s Chef’s Come-As-You-Are wine dinner on Wednesday, May 19, featuring wines from Trinitas Cellars. Chef Luscher will create a 3-course bistro-style menu to complement the award winning, hand-selected wines from the Napa Valley winery.
Trinitas winemaker Kevin Mills will be onsite to discuss the highlighted wines for the evening, including the locally lauded Dallas Morning News Gold Medal Winner, the 2007 Old Vine Zinfandel from Mendocino County.
Trinitas, the Latin word for Trinity, symbolizes sun, soil, and humanity which are the three ingredients evoking the perfect wine. Trinitas Cellars celebrates the connection among sun, soil and humanity by working closely with it’s grower society throughout Northern California to source a broad range of varietals from the regions where climate and soil conditions are most favorable.

The Grape provides a fun; casual setting that allows the guest to "come-as-they-are" and dine at their own pace, allowing for a more festive one-on-one format with the wine experts. Themes include a wine expert/host for the evening who speaks to each individual table about the wines selected.
Reservations are recommended. Cost is $45 per person for a 3 course wine-paired dinner, exclusive of tax, gratuity and other beverages.
