Menus at many sports bars are moving beyond draft beer and processed, deep-fried foods to feature fresh foods prepared from scratch and upscale cocktails in an effort to appeal to a wider audience of food fans. The menus include new twists on traditional dishes, including ginger honey and Old Bay wings as part of chef Jason Hicks' offerings at Hype Lounge in New York City.
