With a 50-foot Ray’s sign and generations of history, Ray's Boathouse and Cafe is a Seattle landmark not to be missed. The casual, upstairs café is renowned for its cocktails (cucumber-lime mojito, rosemary-grapefruit drop), affordable dishes and outdoor dining with a magnificent view of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. The downstairs, more of a fine-dining restaurant, focuses on local, sustainable seafood: Featured entrées have included sablefish in sake kasu, Alaskan red king crab legs and grilled white prawns.
