Rock star chef status still intact, James Beard Award-winning David Chang opened Momofuku Ssam Bar, his second venture, in 2006. Famous for its pork buns in particular and pork dishes in general, Momofuku Ssäm also offers a raw bar, small plates, country ham and the extremely limited seating you'd expect.
